Mind Australia offers a range of community and residential services in Gippsland.
Services include:
– Wannik Gunyah – Youth Residential Rehabilitation – Traralgon, 16-25 years
Young people aged 16-25 years who have ongoing mental health issues with significant impacts on their wellbeing. Priority is given to those at risk of suicide or self-harm, or who are experiencing issues such as homelessness, family violence, disability or problems with substance use.
– Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR)– Gippsland, 16-64 years old
The Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR) helps people with mental health conditions who are having difficulty managing everyday tasks to create a personalised recovery plan.
This 12-month program of individualised support helps people to live independently and safely in the community.
– Youth Outreach Support (YORS) – Traralgon, 16-25 years old
Young people aged 16-25 years who have ongoing mental health issues with significant impacts on their wellbeing. Priority is given to those at risk of suicide or self-harm, or who are experiencing issues such as homelessness, family violence, disability or problems with substance use.
– Haven Drouin – Drouin, 18-64 years old
Long-term housing with support for people with significant mental health and wellbeing concerns
Haven Drouin provides people who have significant mental ill-health with long-term social housing and 24/7 support from on-site Mind Australia staff. This integrated social housing and support service is a partnership between Mind and community housing provider The Haven Foundation – a subsidiary of Mind.

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs allow Victorians to access free and immediate support for mental ill-health. The Hubs act as a ‘front door’ service to the mental health system and can connect you with the long-term support services that you need to get well and stay well.
– Information and advice, personalised (outreach) support services, residential services, dual disability residential services, family and carer services, group support services, care coordination services, Mind Recovery College, psychological services and youth services.
